This mornings Cranberry scones, amazing!  Here is the recipe:

2 1/2 cups   Flour
2 tsp           Baking powder
1/2 tsp        Baking soda
1/2 tsp       Salt
1 Tbls        White sugar
1 cup         Cranberries   (i used dried)
1/2 cup      Butter
2                Eggs
1/2 cup      Buttermilk

I placed everything but the 1 Tbls of white sugar in my Kitchen Aid mixer (much more easier)  with the dough hook.  I then rolled it into a ball with my hands, then flattened it to about 2" thick and cut it like a pizza. Placed the dough slices onto a baking pan, brushed with milk and sprinkled with white sugar (you can sprinkle as much or as little as you would like)   Then baked @ 375 for 15 min.  Remember that every ones oven cooks at different temperatures, so watch for them to turn golden.    (You could even drizzle them with lemon glaze for a dessert!)

I found this recipe over at Mennonite girls can Cook Blog.   They have soooo many awsome recipes!!!!
